Service Description
Melendez Boxing now offers a strength training class that will utilize equipment or bodyweight to build muscle mass, and will incorporate several different types of exercises that work every area of your body. You can expect to use the following weightlifting equipment during class: - Free weights, including dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, and medicine balls - Resistance bands and loop bands In an effort to limit disruptions for our instructors and participants, there is no class entry 5 minutes after start time. Please arrive early or notify your instructor in advance if you're running late to avoid forfeiture of your booking.
