Boxing Fundamentals
Boxing and total body conditioning, limited to 15 participants
Service Description
In this class you’ll learn correct techniques and advanced combinations as part of high intensity workout. We'll focus on boxing-specific skills including defense moves, advanced techniques and combinations, to improve and take your boxing to the next level. This class also incorporates targeted muscle group workouts and high intensity cardio exercises for ultimate conditioning (we provide exercise modifications to suit participants of all fitness levels). Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class and bring wraps, gloves, and a jump rope. These items are also available for sale upon request. We also offer glove rental for $5. In an effort to limit disruptions for our instructors and participants, there is no class entry 5 minutes after start time. Please arrive early or notify your instructor in advance if you're running late to avoid forfeiture of your booking.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the session will be forfeited. No-shows or late cancellations will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
