Melendez Boxing is more than just boxing. Let's work together to achieve your fitness goals, whether that be weight loss, muscle building, improving mobility or boxing. In addition to teaching basic boxing skills and techniques such as stance, guard, movement, jab, cross, hook and footwork, I also offer strength and conditioning training to individuals and small groups. Each 60-min boxing or strength training session is formatted with dynamic stretches, core preparation, movement preparation, the "workout" and a cool down/stretch. Mobility, cardio, strength and conditioning are tailored to each individual, so ALL LEVELS are welcomed.
Melendez Boxing and Personal Training also offers private and corporate events. In-home training available for an additional fee.
